Tillamook Medium Shredded Cheddar is aged over 60 days to develop its rich, creamy smooth flavor. Available in several convenient sizes to accommodate any culinary challenge. Sprinkle over fresh salads, layer in nachos or pour into homemade sauces.

Ingredients:
Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color), Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking), Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).

Handling and storage tips:
Shredded cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. While our smaller sized shreds come in resealable bags, our large 5# shred does not and you may want to separate the cheese into several resealable bags for storage and/or freezing.
