Description:
This Mexican Blend merges rich-tasting medium cheddar with spicy pepper jack cheese. Include in any southwestern recipe for that added zing! Sprinkle over an omelet to add a spicy touch.

Ingredients:
Cheddar Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, annatto (color)), Pepper Jack Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, jalapeno peppers, salt, enzymes),  Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking), Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).

Handling and storage tips:
Shredded cheese should be used within 3-5 days of opening and always be stored so as to prevent air from reaching the product. While our smaller sized shreds come in resealable bags, our large 5# shred does not and you may want to separate the cheese into several resealable bags for storage and/or freezing.
