During the month of March, we’ve created a new treat for our fans – an ice cream cookie sandwich! We take a generous scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream and press it between two freshly baked (right in our own café) peanut butter cookies. Today's special in the cafe is Shepard's Pie. So what, you ask, does this savory meat and potato dish have to do with mathematics? Absolutely nothing! But when we hear the word Pi – regardless of spelling – we're in the kitchen cooking for our fans. You know the Irish are famous for their love of the tasty spud, so in honor of Tater Day we’re celebrating at the café with a tasty special: Irish Nachos!
