Smoothies can be a great way to get in lots of vitamins and nutrients, which are especially great during the winter months when it seems that everyone is get getting sick. Stay healthy this year with an Antioxidant Punch Smoothie! We packed this smoothie full of superfoods like chia seeds, coconut water and Tillamook Pomegranate Blackberry Lowfat Yogurt. It’s the perfect way to give your immune system a wakeup call so you can stay healthy all season long. Not to mention, it tastes delicious too!

Prep time: 4 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Yield: 2 6oz servings

Ingredients
1 container Tillamook Pomegranate Blackberry Lowfat Yogurt
½ cup coconut water
¼ cup pomegranate juice
1.5 cups frozen blackberries
2 tbsp chia seeds

 

Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in your blender, starting with the frozen fruit.

2 Blend ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.

3. Pour into a 2 glasses and enjoy immediately.

Can u use huckleberry yogurt.

Thanks for commenting! I haven't tried this recipe with anything other than Pomegranate Blackberry, but I don't see why you couldn't use a different berry flavor. Let me know how it turns out!
