Red Velvet Whoopie Pies
Is it a cake or is it a cookie? This age old whoopie pie debate may never be solved, but one thing is for sure, the yogurt brings this cake/cookie to the next level! If you’re looking for a romantic treat with a playful side, this Red Velvet Whoopie Pie is the ticket! Whip up a batch of these and you’ll have everyone swooning.cobbler.jpg
Blackberry and California Peach Cobbler
Cobbler probably isn’t the first place you’d think to find yogurt, but this recipe proves that a cobbler is exactly where yogurt should be! Instead of adding cream to the biscuits, stir in a container of Tillamook California Peach Lowfat Yogurt to create a chewy, sweet topping for your summer fruit. This will be one secret ingredient you won’t want to forget!strawberrycoffeecake.jpg

Hi QuiltinKat,

I'm glad you think they look good! The baker who created the Almond Lemon Poppyseed Bundt Cakes used a boxed cake mix and recommends swapping it out for gluten-free cake mix in this recipe, so you could give that a try! You might also like this recipe for Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese. It's so delicious!

Thanks again for sharing your comment!
