If you’re looking for a smoothie that will wake you right up in the morning then this one is for you! The sweet and refreshing taste of carrot and pineapple has a zing of spice from the freshly grated ginger that will have you excited to start your day.

Not only will this smoothie wake you up in the morning, it’s got so many health benefits you might just have superpowers when you get to the bottom of the glass! The turmeric, ginger and the active cultures in the Tillamook Farmstyle Greek Yogurt are all great for maintaining a healthy digestive system and soothing tummy troubles. In addition, the beta carotene found in carrots and the turmeric will help strengthen your eyes, so this smoothie is a great addition to your day if you spend a lot of time staring at a computer screen. Enjoy!

Prep time: 4 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
¾ cup Tillamook Plain 2% Farmstyle Greek Yogurt
¾ cup carrot juice
About ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
½ teaspoon turmeric


1. Put all ingredients in your blender, starting with the frozen fruit.

2. Blend ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.  If your smoothie feels a little too thick for you to drink, you can add a splash more carrot juice or add more ginger if you want a spicier smoothie! Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
