Good news, pickle lovers! Tomorrow, November 14, is National Pickle Day! We’re celebrating with our pals at 34 Degrees with this tasty recipe they cooked up! To make, use any combination of 34 Degrees Crips and Tillamook Cheese. We used Cracked Pepper crisps and Tillamook Medium Cheddar. Toast in a toaster oven or conventional oven for about 2 minutes, (or until cheese is melted), then add a slice of pickle on top, and enjoy!

What combination of 34 Degrees and Tillamook Cheese will you serve your pickle slices on!?

Thick cut sour dough bread, open faced with thin red onion. A good spicy kosher pickle, and hot pickled cherry peppers on the side. Yum
