Today is an-extra important holiday – it’s National Taco Day! Naturally, the best way to celebrate anything is with ice cream…So here’s a recipe to create a dessert version of everyone’s favorite food!

Dessert Tacos

Ingredients
4 flour tortillas
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 oz Tillamook Butter
4 scoops Tillamook Ice Cream (I used Cookies and Cream!)
Chocolate syrup

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Take 4 large pieces of tinfoil, fold into a tube (these will hold the taco shells, so you want them to be “C” shaped), then place in a baking dish.

Melt butter (30 seconds in the microwave will do the trick!). Mix cinnamon and sugar and pour onto a plate. Brush butter on each side of the tortilla, and dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Fold each tortilla in half and place in a tinfoil “C”. Bake for 15 minutes.

After allowing the tortillas to cool, load up each with fruit and ice cream, and top with chocolate syrup. Enjoy before they melt!
