Am pleased to see that my local Smith's grocery is on your list where I can buy Tillamookies. However, the last time I purchased ice cream, I did not see anything new. That was a week ago.

The chocolate hazelnut sounds really yummy and looks like it might be the only one made without corn syrup.

Hi Geraldine,
What city are you in? I might be able to help! If you're in Oregon, Fred Meyer may be the best place to look. I suggest calling ahead before making any special trips, to be sure. We're working to keep our Where to Buy tool updated, but since these tasty treats just started showing up in stores, it may be a little longer until the tool has all of the data.
I hope this helps!

I hope this helps!

I picked these up last night at Fred Meyer and blush to admit I ate two: one each of the chocolate hazelnut and the strawberry. Yummy crispy cookies and the usual delicious Tillamook ice cream. The strawberry Tillamookie was awesome!

Hi Jeff,

My friend and I came up with the name Mookies years ago. Our invention takes cookies and combines them with milk, forming a delicious solution.

We feel that your name is too similar to ours and we would like a sample of your product to test out your variety of Mookie.

Please contact me to set up a free sampling of your products.

Thanks,

Tony

My son and I love Tillamookies! But we'd like to see some more flavors! Suggestions:
Coffee (my #1)
Banana walnut
Raspberry (with or without chocolate chips/chunks; maybe white chocolate?)
Oh, and a couple of flavors with the cookie coating being white chocolate...perhaps lemon gelato with that? (I've been sad since Haagen-Dazs discontinued their Five line and the lemon flavor of that; it was perfectly balanced creaminess and tart tanginess, with tiny bits of peel...)

Hi Kat,
I'm so glad to hear you and your son are such big Tillamookies fans! We love hearing from our fans, and those flavor suggestions sound delicious. I'll be sure to share your comment with the larger Tillamook team.

We just bought these before we realized there is no allergen warning. Are these processed with nuts or cross contamination? My son is highly allergic to ALL NUTS

Hi Robbie,
You can view the allergen warnings here on our website if you click into the flavor you've purchased. You can also give our consumer relations team a call if you'd like to chat about your allergy concerns 1-855-562-3568.

We buy Tillamook often however our favorite flavor MALTED MOOO is not found everywhere.
These stores need to stock what I feel is your best flavor.
It reminds me of our long ago school days of chocolate malt flavors.
It would be great to have TILLAMOOKIES in Malted moo.

Hi Robert,
Thanks for your suggestion! I agree, Malted Moo Tillamookies sound excellent. I will forward the request to our Product Development department! In the meantime, if you would like to request our Malted Moo Shake Ice Cream at your local store, I would recommend speaking to the store manager. Please feel free to use our Product Request Template, which you can fill in, print out, and hand directly to a store manager.

Thanks again for reaching out!

Mary

I just discovered this last weekend and have to say that this is the best commercial ice cream treat on the market. So far I have tried three flavors: mint chocolate chip, salted caramel, and chocolate hazelnut. The calorie count is reasonable and so is the fat content. I hope to see you expand your flavor profile with these.

Hi Mary,

I'm glad to hear you are enjoying our Tillamookies! We appreciate your feedback. They are still a fairly new product, but hopefully with fans like you sharing how much they love them, our Product Development team will start developing new flavors. I will let them know you would like to try a few more flavors of Tillamookies! Thanks for reaching out:)

I absolutely love Tillamookies, but the only ones I've tried are the mint chocolate chip. My local King Soopers doesn't carry the Chocolate Hazelnut, or the strawberry. Can you tell me where in Denver I can get these 2 flavors?

Kepali

We LOVE Tillamookies here in Hawaii !
You guys really got it down with the perfectly constructed
ice cream cookie.
I like how it has a nice crunchy cookie (not a soggy cake like other brands) and how the chocolate layer isolates the
ice cream from the cookie keeping it crunchy.
We're really hooked on the Strawberry right now but would
love to see a Blueberry option in the future.
Aloha !

Hi Robert,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble finding our Tillamookies in your area! We are certainly happy to sell them in the San Francisco Bay area if retailers would like to order them. I would suggest speaking to your local store manager and asking them to start ordering our Tillamookies,as they and their regional buyers decide which products to order. Please feel free to use our Product Request form to hand to a manager.

In the meantime, according to our Where to Buy tool Foods Co in Oakland and in San Francisco should both carry our Mint Chocolate Chip Tillamookies. This tool doesn't show us inventory levels though, so I would call ahead before making any special trips.

I hope that helps!
