Mangos are a sweet tropical fruit. As a gal born and raised in Oregon I grew a fascination for them (once I figured out they existed!) because they are so unlike fruits of the Pacific Northwest, and oh so delicious. They take a little bit of handy knife skills if you are prepping them (the seed is large and oval making it impossible to cut in half – at least with the knives I have), but I promise the few extra minutes of slicing a scrumptious mango up is worth it. With this smoothie, your taste buds will be in paradise!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 12 minutes

Yield: 1 smoothie


1 mango, diced (about 1 cup)
½ a banana (or a whole one if you really like banana!), sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 container (5.3 oz) of Old Fashioned Vanilla Farmstyle Greek Yogurt
½ cup of ice
½ a lime, juiced
¼ cup mango juice (or orange juice), cold

1. Put all ingredients in your blender, starting with the ice cubes.

2. Blend ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.  If your smoothie feels a little too thick for you to drink, you can add a splash more mango juice! Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
