Fruit and cream is a timeless combination suitable for breakfast, snack, and even dessert. This smoothie captures the flavor of the popsicles I loved as a kid, but offers the benefits of active cultures, protein, and Vitamin C.

Prep time: 4 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

6oz cup of Tillamook French Vanilla Bean Yogurt (or, give it a try with new Tillamook Old Fashioned Vanilla Farmstyle Greek Yogurt)
¼ cup pulp-free orange juice (or 1 orange to squeeze)


1. In order to get a smooth texture to your smoothie, you’ll want to use pulp-free orange juice. If you are squeezing your own juice, I suggest straining it to get as much of the pulp out as possible.

2. Put the yogurt and orange juice in your blender and blend on medium-high for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! The smoothie will be chilled (from the yogurt) but not frozen like some other smoothies. If you’d prefer a chillier temperature, freeze your orange juice in an ice cube tray before blending!
