Today is Have Fun at Work Day! This healthy (non-alcoholic) smoothie is sure to bring a little taste of the tropics to your office – and who knows, just one sip and your boss might grab a yardstick for a little limbo competition! With only four ingredients, this is a fun and easy way to work some protein, calcium and fruit into your day.

Total time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients
1 single serve cup (6oz) of Tillamook Lemon Squeeze Lowfat Yogurt
1 cup frozen pineapple
¾ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons fine coconut flakes

 

Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in your blender, starting with the frozen pineapple.

2. Blend ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes, stopping to mix with a spoon as needed.

3. Pour into a glass and add a fun straw or paper umbrella to complete the experience, and enjoy!
