Ready your straws and fight off winter illness! This drink is packed with antioxidants, protein, and a kick of natural caffeine sure to give you a fighting chance against flu season. If you’ve never tried Matcha, don’t be shy! The green tea powder only leaves a hint of taste in this smoothie, letting the sweet and tart blueberry and pomegranate flavors shine.

Yield: 1 serving

1 single serve cup (5.3oz) of Tillamook Oregon Blueberry Farmstyle Greek Yogurt
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ teaspoon Matcha green tea powder*
½ cup pomegranate juice
Fresh pomegranate seeds to garnish if you like

*If you can’t find Matcha, brew 3 green tea bags in a ¼ cup of hot water, and refrigerate until cool. Remove tea bags before adding liquid to your smoothie.


1. Put all ingredients in your blender, starting with the frozen blueberries.

2. Blend ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.

3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with some juicy pomegranate seeds if you like.

4. Enjoy immediately, and feel the healthy boost from this smoothie for the rest of the day!
