There’s lots of great recipes that feature cheese. But when it comes down to it, wrapping your hands (and your mouth) around two pieces of bread brimming with your favorite flavors, textures and aromas just can’t be beat. We love sandwiches — especially the ones with Tillamook Cheese on the ingredient list. To celebrate the inseparable relationship between sandwiches and cheese, our Loaf Love Tour has partnered with five notable Salt Lake City area restaurants. Each restaurant is offering a specialty sandwich featuring award-winning Tillamook Cheese.

‘Tillamook Sandwich Week’ runs from August 27th – September 3rd, so grab a map  and start plotting out your sandwich crawl around town!

Tillamook Sandwich Week Special: Gourmandise’ Roasted Red Pepper Sandwich with Tillamook Monterey Jack, Goat Cheese and Fresh Basil – Roasted red peppers are marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and finely-chopped green olives and then set atop a piece of ciabatta smeared lightly with goat cheese.
