Dive in and explore what's happening in our community!

At Tillamook, we love this time of year! Great food, friends, family! Although, we’d like to mix it up a bit this year and add some Tillamook to the celebration. But not just by putting cheese on the table (that’s a given, right?!) — how about getting in the holiday spirit with a Tillamook tune that can join the ranks of all our other favorite carols?

Take your favorite holiday song and rewrite it Tillamook-style. “Deck the Loaf” maybe? Or, “Jingle Cheese”? Hmmm. I think we’d better leave this up to you! Submit your Tillamook-inspired holiday song in the Comment section below this blog post by midnight December 12th. We’ll announce 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners on December 13th.

I would love to enter this contest but I am Canadian. In the rules, one needs to be American. Too bad, this song writing is right up my alley!

I'm dreaming of a Tilllamook Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the Tree -Tops glisten
and children listen
to hear cow bells in the snow.

I'm dreaming of a white (cheddar) Christmas
and on every Christmas Card I write
May your days be merry and bright
and may all your grilled cheese sandwiches
be Tillamook.

"O Tillamook"

O Tillamook, O Tillamook
How lovely are your flavors
O Tillamook, O Tillamook
How lovely are your flavors
You bring me joy
On taco night
Topped with sour cream
And Pepper Jack
O Tillamook, O Tillamook
How lovely are your flavors.

O Tillamook, O Tillamook
You are the loaf most loved
O Tillamook, O Tillamook
You are the loaf most loved
How often you give us delight
In brightly shining our dinner table light
O Tillamook, O Tillamook
You are the loaf most loved.

O Tillamook, O Tillamook
Your textures will teach me
O Tillamook, O Tillamook
Your textures will teach me
That hope and love will ever be
The joy we feel when there's a new flavor for us to eat
O Tillamook, O Tillamook
Your textures will teach me.

Sung along to the tune of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer", this Tilla-la-la-la-mook Holiday Song tells the story of the award-winning Medium Cheddar Baby Loaf!

Baby, The Tillamook Cheese Loaf:

Baby, the Tillamook Cheese loaf
Has a very cheesy tale
You see, it was made in Oregon
on the coast where winds are gale.

None of the other cheese loaves
In and all around the Earth
Beat out this Medium Cheddar
Who won with all its yummy girth!

After aging 60 days, Baby loaf is done
Then, it takes it’s place in stores
Where it stands as number one!

Baby, the Tillamook Cheese loaf
Is the finest cheddar cheese!
You’ll even say, “I love it!”
As you shout out, “Bring more please!”

* to the tune of 'O Little Town of Bethlehem*

"O Little Town of Tillamook"

O Little Town of Tillamook, how jerky is your beef.
Your waffle cones and dishes too all filled with ice cream deep.
Now in the dark night shining the cows all gently moo,
while making curd and cheese and milk
vanilla and chocolate too.

**Note: Our family actually wrote this about 5 years ago in the car on the way to the Oregon Coast for our annual visit...just for something to do. My parents have been to Tillamook every summer for 30 years and my sister and I have tagged along as long as we've been alive; ) Love your products, and glad we finally had somewhere to share our vacation creation!**

God Rest Ye Merry Chedder-men

God rest ye merry, chedder-men
Let nothing you dismay
Remember, yummy baby loafs
Make good gifts upon this day
To save us all from hunger
Cravings and dismay

O tidings of squeeeeaky cheese
squeeeeeaky cheese
O tidings of squeeeeaky cheese

In Tillamook, in Oregon,
The baby loaf is born
And aged with love and tenderness
all day and in the morn
The quality and cheesiness
Did no one take in scorn
O tidings of squeeeeaky cheese
squeeeeeaky cheese
O tidings of squeeeeaky cheese

From cows and from the farmers
The yummy cream did come;
And unto lucky patrons
Brought tasty cheese by ton;
And if your fridge is empty
We think you should get some.

O tidings of squeeeeaky cheese
squeeeeeaky cheese
O tidings of squeeeeaky cheese

Tillamook Christmas Jingle Cheese/Balls

Here is my entry for the Tillamook jingle done to Jingle bells

Dashing thru the snow
And starving all the way
Just a few miles to go
With cravings all the way
My spirits are getting bright
Now my homes in sight
Oh what fun it is to laugh and
Sing my Tillamook song tonight
Tillamook, Tillamook, Tillamook every day
You bring so many varieties for me to eat
And what a tasty treat!
Oh Tillamook, Tillamook
Bring some cheese to me
With a 100 years of perfection that taste so great to me.
Oh Tillamook, Tillamook
You mean so much to me
Tillamook, Tillamook
the taste is perfect to me
Make my family happy every night and
Send a year’s supply for free.
Merry Christmas,
To all of you at Tillamook that put smiles on our faces and for making delicious products.
Thank you, Happy Holidays

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev'rywhere you go;
Take a look at the Cheddar and Jack wrapped in special packs
With christmas wrap and special Tillamook bows
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Cheese gifts in ev'ry store
But the prettiest sight to see is the christmas tree shaped cheese
Brick at home.

A loaf of Special Reserve and Hot Habanero Jack
Is the wish of Mommy and Dad;
While Garlic White Cheddar and Garlic Chili Pepper
Is the hope that we all have;
And we all can hardly wait for the cheese fest to begin.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev'rywhere you go;
There's the big cheese pack online and the deli counter which we find,
Has everything everyone wants and more.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas;
Soon the family comes,
And the thing that will make them sign this christmas carol thing
Is the Tillamook you bought.

“Tillamook Is Coming To Town”
America watch out
Get ready to buy
You might even shout
I’m telling you why
Tillamook is coming to Town!

Start making a list
And checking it twice
Quality products at a sensible price
Tillamook is coming to Town!

They have humble beginnings
A farm in Oregon State
Award winning dairy tastes so good
Eating healthy feels so great!

O! America watch out
Just give it a try
It’s the best, jump & shout
I’m telling you why
Tillamook is coming to town
Tillamook is coming, to town!!!

All I want for Christmas is my Tillamook Cheese,
my White Sharp Cheddar Cheese, or my Pepper Jack Cheese!

Gee, if I could only have my Colby Cheese,
then I could wish you "Merry Cheesy Christmas!"

It seems so long since I could eat,
"The cheesiest richest Tillamook cheesy macaroni!"
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be, if I could only sing more cheesy :D

All I want for Christmas is my Monterey Jack Cheese,
my Baby Swiss Cheese, to eat my Smoked Black White Cheddar Cheese. :)

Gee, if I could only have my Provolone Cheese,
then I could wish you, " A Merry CHEESIEST Christmas!" :)

I saw Mommy eating Tillamook Cheese
Underneath the mistletoe last night.
She didn't see me creep
Down the stairs to have a peek;
She thought I was tucked
Up in my bedroom fast asleep.

Then, I saw Mommy melting Tillamook cheese
on top the counter so right
Oh, what a laugh it would have been,
If Daddy had only seen
Mommy eating Tillamook cheese last night!

It's so Cheesy, It's So Cheesy
Dressed in holiday style
In the air there's a feeling of Cheese-mas

Children eating, people cheesing
Meeting smile after smile
And on every street corner you'll hear

Tilla-mook, Tilla-mook
It's Cheese-mas time in the city
Ring-a-ling, hear them ring
Soon it will be Cheese-mas Day

Strings of string cheese
yummy string cheese
Gobble them up so fast
As the shoppers rush home

See the kids bunch
as we all munch
that string cheese wont last
And above all this bustle you'll hear

Tilla-mook, Tilla-mook
It's Cheese-mas time in the city
Ring-a-ling, hear them ring
Soon it will be Cheese-mas Day

Tilla-mook, Tilla-mook
Soon it will be Cheese-mas Day
Soon it will be Cheese-mas Day

I’m Dreaming of a White Cheddar
Adapted from I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas by Irving Berlin

I’m dreaming of a white cheddar
Or maybe that mild Monterey Jack
All I want in my stocking
This might sound shocking
Is cheese, Tillamook’s my favorite snack

I’m dreaming of a white cheddar
Sharp but tender as I slice
It’s so much better than fruitcake, that’s right
I’ll leave a grilled cheese for Santa on Christmas night

I’m dreaming of a white cheddar
But just a lump of Colby would do
Please stick it under the tree
I’ll know that it’s for me
Maybe I’ll make Santa a fondue

I’m dreaming of a white cheddar
Though I like all of Tillamook’s varieties,
Please don’t make me pick one tonight
Christmas morning, I hope I’ll be eating that vintage white

I really want cheese - Baby try Till-a-mook
I've got to have cheese - Baby try Till-a-mook
This factory has been - Been hoping that you'd come in
So very nice – Let’s try their swiss…maybe just a slice
I have to have Cheddar in a hurry - Beautiful, don’t you worry
And Colby or I’m out the door – they’re quality to the core
My do their workers scurry – they close at 6 so we’d better hurry
Well maybe just a couple curds more – there’s also ice cream, by the front doors…

(to the tune of Jingle Bell Rock)

Tillamook, Tillamook, Tillamook Rock
Garlic white cheddar, and what could be better?
Eating and Cheesing up snacks of fun
Now the holiday has begun!!

Tillamook, Tillamook, Tillamook Rock
Colby and Swiss, in a holiday bliss
Tooth-picking and licking the Monterey Jack
On a cracker stack!

What a Bright time, it’s the right time,
To Pepper Jack the night away
Cheddar Ball time it’s a swell time
For cheese and crackers on a one-horse sleigh
Gather up Tilla-moos, pick up a Brew
And Melt it around the clock around the clock
Mix and Mingle in a Smokin’ fondue
That’s the Tillamook
That’s the Tillamook
That’s the Tillamook Rock!

Im so hungry for some Tillamook
I want to make some grilled cheese
And serve it to everyone
So I can enjoy a treat
And bite a mouthful

Im so hungry for some Tillamook
I want to know why buying store was an good idea
It tastes very terrible
When was it a good idea to skip

Im so hungry for some Tillamook
It makes my favorite snacks all the time
and I think it loves me
I forced myself this cheese nightmare

Rocking around the Christmas tree
eating Till a mook cheese
Baby Loafs hung where you can see
everyone cuts a slice

Rocking around the Christmas tree
hear the cow bells ring
later we'll have some Cheese Curds
and we'll do some shredding

You will get a sentimental feeling
when you hear voices singing
"it'll be better to deck the halls
with boughs of cheddar

Rocking around the Christmas tree
have a happy holiday
dont forget to buy your Tillamook Cheese
its the good old Oregon way

Up on the fridge top children pause,
Out lunge drooling hungry jaws,
Looking for snacks that will make them smile,
All for the little ones, for a long while....
Ho Ho Ho, who wouldn't try
Ho Ho Ho, Mom should buy,
Cheddar and Jack and snacks galore,
Tillamook's the choice from the local store :)

To the tune of Carol Of The Bells

Tillamook cheese
Pepperoni
All on my plate
It tastes so great
I want some more
Run to the store
Grab some more cheese
and Pepperoni

Yum-my, yum-my
Tillamook cheese
It gives a lift
As Christmas gifts
Wonderful taste
Won’t go to waste
Loved here and there
Loved everywhere!

Tillamook please
For my tummy
Made with love
In Oregon
Everyone cheer
Tillamook is here
Beef jerky, pepperoni
Jack, sharp cheddar and colby

On my sandwich
Or crackers with
All by itself
Right off the shelf

Yummy, yummy

Grandma got ran over by the cow.

Grandma got ran over by a cow,
Walking home from our house Christmas Eve.
You can say there's no such thing as Santa,
But as for me and Grandpa we believe.

She'd been eating too many Cheese Curds,
And we'd begged her not to go.
But she'd forgotten her toothpicks,
So she stumbled out the door into the snow.

When we found her Chrismas morning,
At the scene of the attack.
There were hoof prints on her forehead,
And incriminating claus marks on her back.

Grandma got ran over by a cow,
Walking home from our house Christmas Eve.
You can say there's no such thing as Santa,
But as for me and Grandpa we believe.

Now were so proud of Grandpa,
He's been taking this so well.
Back at work in the barn,
Seeing him milkin' the old Cow.

Now it's not Christmas without Grandma,
All the family dressed in black.
And we just can't help but wonder,
if we should use her toothpicks or put them back.

Grandma got ran over by a cow,
Walking home from our house Christmas Eve.
You can say there's no such thing as Santa,
But as for me and Grandpa we believe.

Now the Ham is on the table,
Could you pass some to me please.
It just wouldn't be Christmas Dinner,
without the Tillamook Cheese.

I've warned all my friends and neigbors,
Better watch out and flee.
For a man driving a sleigh,
Chasing a cow to get some cheese.

Grandma got ran over by a cow,
Walking home from our house Christmas Eve.
You can say there's no such thing as Santa,
But as for me and Grandpa we believe.

Sung to "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas"

Have yourself a cheesy little Christmas
Cheddar, jack or white
Tillamook
You’ll absolutely love each bite

Have yourself a cheesy little Christmas
Eating cheese all day
Tillamook
Will take your cheese concerns away

Party like it’s the olden days
Cheesy golden days of yore
Faithful friends eating cheese with us
Cheese is pleasing us once more

Through the years
We’ll all eat cheese together
Baby loaves and more
Pepper, garlic, smoked and flavors more galore
So have yourself a Cheesy little Christmas now

Have yourself a merry slice of cheddar,
Tillamook's so light
From now on,
our troubles will be out of sight

Have yourself a chunk atop a cracker,
make it Tillamook.
It's so nice
for snacking, won't you take a look.

Here we are as in olden days,
Happy golden days of yore.
Faithful cheeses are dear to us
Gather near to us once more.

Through the years
We all will have our favorites,
Colby, swiss, or jack
All the greatest dairy products from the cow.
So have yourself A slice of Tillamook right now.

To the tune of "Up on the Housetop"

Out at the grocer, shoppers look
There's the best cheese, Tillamook!
Chock full of flavor, from sharp to mild
So rich and tasty, it drives us wild!

Oh ho ho! Who doesn't know? Oh ho ho! Who doesn't know

Tilamook is Santa's favorite cheese!
He likes it even better than cookies!

Loafy the Cheese Loaf is full of fun,
He brings a smile to everyone,
Spreading a cheesy Christmas cheer,
'Cuz Tillamook's a name we love to hear!

Oh ho ho! Who doesn't know? Oh ho ho! Who doesn't know

Tilamook is Santa's favorite cheese!
He likes it even better than cookies!

BABY LOAF IS BACK IN COSTCO
(sing to the tune of Santa Claus is Coming to Town)

You better stock up,
You better buy large,
You better buy them all
No matter the charge,
Baby Loaf is back in Costco.

I'm making a list,
It only has cheese,
Tillamook brand,
Sharp Cheddar Loaf, please,
Baby Loaf is back in Costco.

It tastes good to your father,
It tastes good worldwide,
It tastes good underwater,
My love for it I cannot hide.

Hey!
You will feel great,
'Cause it's fresh and healthy,
Two pounds of cheddar
Sounds perfect to me,
Baby Loaf is back in Costco!

Baby Loaf is back in Costco!!!

Fa la la la la la la la la.
Tis the season to eat better
Fa la la la la la la la la.

Slice me up some Tillamook, please
Fa la la la la la la la la.
Troll the aisles for Tillamook cheese
Fa la la la la la la la la.

See the platter of cheese before us
Fa la la la la la la la la.
Sharpen the knife and I'll be joyous
Fa la la la la la la la la.

Follow me to the Tillamook treasure
Fa la la la la la la la la.
While I dream of cheese-y pleasure

To the tune of "Angels We Have Heard on High"

Cows lowing on coastal fields,
Send their milk to Tillamook,
Where many cheeses it yields
And diary things with which I cook.

Chee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-ses
As cocktail appetizers
Chee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-ses
I eat all the cheese that lie-ies there.

Mozzarella, pepperjack
Sprinkled over crispy chips,
All make a delicious snack
And melty, creamy veggie dips.

Chee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-ses
And butter for my baking
Chee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-e-e-e-ee-e-ses
It's all mine for the ta-aking.

Have a Tillamook-y Christmas, it’s the best time of the year!
On Nachos, or on the go, it really brings you cheer!

Have a Tillamook-y Christmas, if you want a special treat,
Try some in a casserole, on burgers – can’t be beat!

Oh-ho the Pepperjack, in spicy Mac-n-Cheese--
Cheddar, a meal or snack, always sure to please!

Have a Tillamook-y Christmas, whether Sharp or Vintage White,
Oh, by golly have a Tillymook-y Christmas tonight!

(To the tune of "I'll be Home for Christmas"...)

I want cheese for Christmas
You can bet it's true
A cozy sweater, and sharp white cheddar,
A loaf for me and you...

Please send cheese for Christmas
Or sour cream will do
A baked potato or divine sandwich
For you, my heart is true

Made with love in Oregon
Our cows are best, it's true
Perfect bliss, as I place Swiss,
atop French Dip with au jus

It's all sweet perfection
Tillamook, my dear
I'll have my cheese and yogurt
And have joy and peace next year!

A blessed happy holidays to all!! :)

Oh Curds of Cheese, Oh Curds of Cheese
Your squeeky sound is life changing.

Not only cheddar, for me here
But also Sharp, when it's cold my dear.

Oh Curds of Cheese, Oh Curds of Cheese
Your squeeky sound is life changing.

My son can't eat just one bite,
He will eat it down, from day to night.

Oh Curds of Cheese, Oh Curds of Cheese
The loaf is simply amazing to me.

Oh Curds of Cheese, Oh Curds of Cheese
I love the way it melts on peas!

Oh Curds of Cheese, Oh Curds of Cheese
Your squeeky sound is life changing!

Joy to the world,
The cheese is here.
It came from Tillamook;
All cheese lovers unite today
For recipes a happy day
swiss, cheddar and colby jack,
vintage white extra sharp cheddar,
We love cheese so much! It brings us cheer!

Thanks for the cheese,
Oh, Tillamook.
With recipes we love!
Grilled cheese and nachos are great
Pizza, pasta fill our plate,
Tacos with shredded cheese
Would you pass me some more, please?
We love, we love our Tillamook.

No more will we
eat sandwiches
That don't have Tillamook!
It's boring sandwiches no more
Our lunches now have taste galore.
With a slice of pepper jack,
Or cheese curds for a snack,
We love, we love our Tillamook.

Here comes Tillamook,
Here comes Tillamook,
Right down Tillamook lane
Mixing milk in magical tubs
That turn out curds and whey
Cows are mooing, vats are brewing
Blocks age 'til their just right
Clean your kitchens, clear your plates
Cuz Tillamook comes tonight

Here comes Tillamook,
Here comes Tillamook,
Right down Tillamook lane
Churnin' the Cheddars, Jacks and Swiss
For boys and girls again
Hear the cheese curds start a squeekin'
Kids all squeal with delight
Prep your hearts for lots of Loaf
Cuz Tillamook comes tonight

Oh Tillamook, oh Tillamook, how yummy is your cheddar cheese.
Oh Tillamook, oh Tillamook, how yummy is your cheddar cheese.

On sandwiches and apple pie.

SING to What Child is This?

What Cheese is this who, lays to rest
On farmers land and grazing?
Whom Analysts greet with anthems sweet,
While workers watch are keeping?
This, this is the Cheese of Kings,
Whom farmers guard and Analysts sing;
Haste, haste, to bring Him home,
The Cheese, the gift of Mooers.
While vats of curds and whey create,
Where white and sharp are aging
cold storage, time, for winners here
The Human World is waiting.
Milk is shocked, enzymes join with cultures,
The wait is long but cheese is borne for me, for you.
Hail, hail the Cheese made fresh,
The Loaf, the Son of Mooers.
So bring Him bread, pasta and fruit,
Come peasant, king to own one too;
The King of cheese smiling brings,
Let loving hearts devour Him.
Raise, raise a song on high,
The COW sings her lullaby.
Joy, joy for Cheese is born,
The Loaf, the Son of Mooers.

In the tune of "Winter Wonderland"

On the way, to the ocean,
We stop, by see cheese in motion,
The workers stand by and weigh cheese on the side,
Making samples for you and I.

Tillamook Cheese,
Can you taste it?
In your mouth,
So delicious,
So happy that's right,
To be eating Tillamook tonight,
A block of cheese is all I need please.

There are so many kinds to choose from,
Pepper Jack, Cheddar, Squeaky, Sharp,
I'll have so much fun collecting cheese cubes,
So forgive me if I eat an extra few.

Later on at the parlor,
Waffle cones make me holler,
Marionberry Pie,
A scoop of Mudslide,
My tummy will be thanking me!

(To the tune of "Winter Wonderland")

Morning bells ring, do you hear them?
Milks the way to start the A.M
Nutritious and good
Dairy done the way that it should
Walking in a Tillamook wonderland.

Going away to discover
Other treats of dairy wonder
We’ll eat Udderly Chocolate ice cream
It tastes like a dream
Walking in a Tillamook wonderland.

In the meadow we can share a picnic
Joining friends from here to the Puget Sound

We’ll say “are you hungry”
They’ll say “oh yeah”
And so we’ll pass a cheddar loaf around

From then on, we’ll surely boast
About a creamery on the Oregon coast
We’re obsessed with their cheese
And we’re not easy to please
Walking in a Tillamook wonderland.

In the meadow, we can share a picnic
Count on me to bring the sour cream
We’ll eat it with our nachos and baked potatoes
We’re thankful for the Tillamook famer team

At night we’ll dream of all the fun we’ve had
Our dairy day with every girl and lad
We want to spend every day
Enjoying our favorite whey
Walking in a Tillamook wonderland.

(to the tune of The Three Kings)

Tillamook is a thing to boast.
It’s the cheese that’s loved the most.
Made with love and packaged with care,
It hails from the Oregon coast

O, like no other dairy delight,
Scrumptious goodness, every bite.
Rich with calcium and vi-ta-mins,
Serve it to me every night.

While cheddar is delicious and nice.
Pepper Jack packs, just the right spice.
They make butter, yogurt, ice cream and more
At an affordable price.

O, like no other dairy delight,
Scrumptious goodness, every bite.
Rich with calcium and vi-ta-mins,
Severe to me every night.

(to the tune of Silent Night)

Cheddar cheese, Colby cheese,
Stimulate my appetite.
Rich in calcium & vitamin D,
It strengthens my body and fills me up right.
Tillamook gold at its best,
Tillamook gold at its best.

Voted the Best, Cheddar cheese,
The world's most perfect food you can eat.
Bake it in pasta, or eat it just straight,
Serve it on pie, or grill up a plate.
Tillamook gold at its best,
Tillamook gold at its best.

This is me and my husband's song (well, the original version is)... Gotta tell you, long before I saw this contest I've been walking around the house saying "I like cheese!!! Cheese in my friend!!!" (My husband loves me, so he thinks it's cute!) Here goes:

Good King Wants-a-slice looked down, on the piece of Cheeses,
When the loaf laid round about, deep and crisp uneaten
Brightly shone the swiss cheese knife, and the curds were cool
Then the cheese grinch came in sight, gathring Winter food.

(Joy To The World)
Tillamook Cheese
We love so dear (ly)
The other brands better fear
Cuz Tillamook is the best
Way better than all the rest
And every loaf tastes great
It's the only brand I'll take
Mozzarella and Cheddar
The best sandwiches make.

To the tune of "Joy to the World".

Cheese for the world, the world needs cheese!
Let all our tastes enjoy!
Our Cheddar, Swiss, and Jack
Will always bring you back.
But don't forget our curds,
Which are too fine for words!
Look good and be healthy with Tillamook Cheese!

Another entry from our family. Yes, we have been to Tillamook every summer for 30 years! And every summer we visit the Cheese factory at least 8 times and my husband always gives tourists their own individual tour featuring a description of the way the cheese used to be made and a list of his favorite flavors of ice cream! Thanks for helping us create so many great memories!

To the tune of "Away in a Manger":

Away in a factory
In an Oregon town,
The little baby loafs
Were packed and moved down.

The people did visit
Looking down where they lay,
On conveyor belts moving
All morning and day.

The cheese was delicious,
The sample line did show,
Of people from everywhere
Who didn’t want to go.

Except to the cheese store
To pay for a gift:
A loaf of cheese for dinner
My mood, it will lift!

Santa Baby,
Just slip a cheddar under the tree
For me
Been an awful good girl
Santa Baby, make sure that it's Tillamook cheese

Santa baby, chocolate peanut butter ice cream
A dream
I'll wait up for you, dear
Santa baby, make sure it comes from Tillamook

Sour cream is oh so smooth
How about a package of Till-a-moos
Next year I could be just as good
If you'll bring along a block of swiss.

Santa Baby, Colby Jack and Pepper Jack sliced
So Nice
Been an angel all year
Santa Baby, so bring me something Tillamook tonight.

Santa honey, a bag of shredded Mexican blend
Makes our tacos so fine
Santa Baby, make sure it comes from Tillamook

Santa cutie, and fill my stocking baby Swiss
Oh, Bliss
Provalone is so fine
Santa cutie, make sure it comes from Tillamook.

Come and trim my Christmas tree
With some decorations that are Chees-y
I really do believe in you
Lets see if you believe in me

Santa Baby, forgot to mention yogurt so sweet
A treat!
Santa Baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Hurry down the chimney tonight
Hurry...tonight

To the tune of "Away in a Manger"

Away in a factory,
The owner once said,
“It’s time to make cheeses.
Let’s get people fed.”

The workers all smile,
I see through the glass.
The loafs of sharp cheddar,
Produced in high mass.

I snack on cubed cheese blocks,
Stacked high on toothpicks.
But samples won’t keep me,
From buying beef sticks.

I love thee white cheddar,
I want to eat more.
And stay in the factory,
’Til chewing gets sore.

Be near me, cheese factory,
I ask mom to stay.
And live here forever,
“I won’t leave,” I say.

Bless all the hard workers,
Who come back each day.
And make sure Tillamook,
Will not go away.

To the tune of "Jingle Bell Rock"

Tillamook, Tillamook, Tillamook Cheese
Tillie the Cow swinging and cowbells ringing
Churning and aging cheese for the old and the young
Now the Tillamook Cheese party has begun

Tillamook
Tillamook
Tillamook Cheese
Tillie the Cow sings in cheese curd rhymes
Pepper Jack and Colby Jack in Tillamook Square
In the cheese filled air

Sing a cheese rhyme
it's always a cheesy time
To eat cheese all night, oh hey
Tillamook cheese is a swell cheese
To go munching in a cheese loaf bus
Giddy-up Tillie cow
Make us some cheese
Churning around the clock
Medium and Sharp, cheddar cheese

That's the Tillamook
That's the Tillamook
That's the Tillamook Cheese

Mele Kal-tillamook-a is the thing to say on a bright & cheesy Christmas Day
That's the Oregon greeting that we send to you from the land where cows eat barl-ay
Here we know that Christmas will be full of delight
Buttery omelettes by day and ice cream at night
Mele Ka-tillamook-a is our delicious way to say Merry Christmas to you!

Mele Ka-tillamook-a is the thing to say on a well-aged & flavorful Christmas day
With sharp cheddar lighting up our Christmas tree and Vintage White [cheddar] snow in which to play
Here we know that provolone is more than alright
On a melted panini -- just take a huge bite!
Mele Ka-tillamook-a is the only way to say Merry Christmas to you!

We all know that dairy perfection is a right!
So we look for the sailboat and the big blue stripe.
Mele K-tillamook-a is the only way to say Merry Christmas
A pepper jack-y Christmas, a squeaky cheese & smoked black pepper Christmas to you!

YUM!

(To the tune of We Three Kings)

We Three Cheese from Tillamook are
Made for you whether near or far
Flavor from nature for you to savor
Sure to be your menu's star

Refrain:
Oh, Cheese of Oregon, Cheese of coast
Cheese so wholesome, Cheese to boast
From cows good feeding and sound breeding
Tillamook Cheese we like the most

Cheddar am I, from white to rich yellow
Aged to be sharp, or not, to be mellow
Smooth and Firm, flavor affirmed
I'm always apropos

Refrain

Jack I am; from Monterey
Mild and creamy, I'm made that way
Blend with herbs and spices superb
I'm a favorite every day

Refrain

I am Colby; I'm fresh and I'm young
Soft of texture and delicate of tongue
I pair with fruit, or melt to suit
My sweetness is second to none

"The Tillamook Song" (in the spirit of "The Christmas Song")

Cheddar melting in your quesadilla,
Pepper Jack sprinkled o'r nachos,
Sour cream in a moist chocolate cake,
And yogurt free of high fructose...

Tillamook cows know good pasture and no growth hormones,
Make their dairy a delight.
With their ice-cream overflowing your cones,
Your sweet-tooths will be smiling bright.

You know that Tillamook is on its way,
with the best butter for your cookies this holiday.
And when your loved-ones come to laugh and feast,
They'll find Tillamook on all your savory treats.

So from our families and communities,
a wish to last the whole year through:
May Tillamook bring, in all its tasty ways,
A Cheesy Christmas to you.

Tillamook Cheese, Tillamook Cheese, I love you so
You’re on my wish list, Santa Claus knows
Cheddar and Squeaky, and Pepper Jack too
Keep them coming and never stop!

Tillamook Cheese, Tillamook Cheese, Makes me say please
Send me a dozen blocks just for me
I’ll cube them or shred them, nobody will care
Just as long as I share!

Oh Christmas time, is the best time, to eat some Tillamook cheese
Under my festive tree, it will wait for me,
I’m so excited, I can hardly wait!

Hurry up Santa Claus wake up your team
Rudolph will lead you there
The Tillamook Factory is where you’ll see why

I love Tillamook,
I love Tillamook,
I love Tillamook Cheese!

Forget the 'cheesy' Christmas sweater
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!
Send me four loaves of white cheddar
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!

Bring a cheese tray to share with us
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!
Hopes the family won't make a big fuss
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!

Fast away the tray will pass us
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!
Grab a handful before you miss out
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!

Eating joyous, all together
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!
We'll eat cheese no matter what the weather
Tilla-la-la-la la-la-la mook!

Tis the season to be cheesy
Tilla-la-la-la la la laaaaaaaa moooooooooooook!

I saw Mommy eating cheddar cheese
Outside by our milk cow in the barn
She didn't see me creep
to the barn to have a peep;
She thought that I was playing
at a friends house 'cross the street
Then, I saw Mommy scoop some ice cream out
All the Mudslide and some Rocky Road
Oh, what a laugh it would have been
If Daddy had only seen
Mommy pigging out on Tillamook

To the tune of "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree"

Walking around the factory,
In a town called Tillamook,
People come from miles to see,
Just how cheese can cook.

You will get lost in a cheesy moment, when you see
“Oh my goodness. Look free cheddar:
Don’t think it could get much better,”
Walking around the factory,
It’s time to buy some food,
Cheese, beef sticks, and ice cream for me,
It can really lift your mood.

Walking around the factory,
It’s sad when it’ time to go,
One last cow pic in the lobby,
And we’ll drag our feet real slow.

You will get lost in a cheesy moment when you see,
“Oh my goodness. Penny smasher:
Tillamook souvenir for me,”
Walking around the factory,
Out the automatic doors,
Everyone’s waving goodbye to me,
And my cheesy spirit soars.

(O Holy Night)

O cheddar cheese...your curdle is deliiiiight-ful
You are so mild...and so sharp when you age

Monterey Jack...so creamy easygoing
Add some pepper...and spicy you are made

Tilla-Moos...are perfectly so pleasing
And shredded melts while curds are made for squeaking

Fall on your knees...for cheese from coastal Oregon
O cheeeeeeeese divine...Tillamook - your cheese so fine
Reduced faaaaat...colby jaaaaack...garlic white...I cannot fight
Or resiiiiiist...holy swiiiiiss...cut me a slice...o cheese divine

I don't want a lot for Christmas

There is just one snack I need

I don't care about the cookies

Underneath the Christmas tree

I don't need to eat a baked ham

Basted with a honey glaze

Santa Claus won't make me happy

With candy on Christmas day

I just want a sharp white loaf

Unwrapped and ready to go
Make my tastebuds sing

All I want for Christmas is cheese

Candy canes are hanging

So spritely everywhere

And the sound of dinner

Cooking fills the air

And everyone is eating

I hear silverware ringing

Santa won't you bring me a stocking stuffed with cheese

Won't you please bring smoked cheddar to me!

I won't ask for much this Christmas

I don't even want cocoa

I'm just gonna keep on staring

Through the factory window

I won't make fruitcake and leave it

On the table for "Saint Nick"

I won't even stay awake to

Take a chocolate snowman lick

'Cause I just want some squeaky cheese
Savory can be so sweet

Put my mouth at ease

Baby all I want for Christmas is cheese

(To the tune of Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree)

Rockin' around the Christmas cheese
At the Tillamook Factory shop.
Tasty samples where you can see
Everybody tries to stop.

Rockin' around the Christmas cheese,
Let the Christmas spirit ring.
Later we'll have some ice cream cones,
And we'll do more sampling.

You will get a cheese-essential feeling
When you hear voices singing,
"Let's be merry;
Deck the halls with cows and dairy!"

Rockin' around the Christmas cheese,
Have a happy holiday.
Everyone's snackin' merrily
In the Tillamook Factory way!
