No matter the occasion, setting out a delicious dip is never a mistake. This easy to prep sour cream dip is full of southwestern flare, packing a little heat and a lot of tang into its smooth, creamy base. Served with your favorite corn chips, this dip will not disappoint!
Tillamook Chili Lime Sour Cream Dip
Yield: About 1 ½ cups dip
1 cup Tillamook Sour Cream (we used Tillamook Premium Sour Cream for this recipe)
1 (7) ounce can diced green chilies, drained
¹⁄₄ cup snipped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons jarred salsa
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon mild or hot chili powder
2 teaspoons finely shredded lime peel
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
Bottled hot pepper sauce to taste

In large bowl combine Tillamook Sour Cream, chilies, cilantro, salsa, garlic, chili powder, lime peel, salt and bottled hot pepper sauce. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Best served with corn chips and your favorite veggies. We also recommend adding a dollop to fish tacos, or serving with sweet potato fries!
