We’ve got some exciting news to share! Franz Bakery has released three new bagel shop bagels and one features Tillamook Cheese! Keep an eye out, these bagels are on their way to a bread aisle near you!

Tillamook Double Cheese Bagel –There are two slices of Tillamook Cheddar baked on top of these bagels – seriously, does it get any better than that!?!
- Pizza Bagel – Baked with pizza sauce, mozzarella and parmesan, this bagel combines two classic comfort foods in one!
- French Toast Bagel – Just like it sounds, cinnamony, sweet, and delicious!

 

To celebrate the launch of these three new bagels, our friend Brandi Buckman from the Franz team created two delicious Tillamook Butter spreads. Give them a try, or slap on some of your favorite cream cheese and enjoy!

Tillamook Maple Butter

 

Ingredients
½ cup Tillamook Unsalted Butter, softened
¼ cup pure maple syrup

Preparation
Combine butter and syrup in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, until butter is light and fluffy. Spread on a toasted Franz French Toast Bagel for maximum pleasure!

Tillamook Basil Butter

 

Ingredients
1 cup Tillamook Unsalted Butter, softened
20 basil leaves
2 large or 3 small cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Combine basil leaves, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender (or food processor, or Magic Bullet). Pulse until finely chopped. Combine herbal mixture and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, until butter is light and fluffy. Enjoy on Franz Pizza or Double Cheese Bagels!
