I want to nominate my son but not because he has other brands--BECAUSE he is a Tillamook Cheese lover!

hey guys - put me in - all the people here in Georgia are raving about the tillamook cheese I had you send them for Christmas
and I deserve to win cause I am the official Tillamook chamber of commerce rep here in Georgia beating the drum for the quality of Tillamook Cheese - they don't have good cheese down here unless you want to buy Kraft at Krogers supermarket

Rob

Rob is a vegetarian and eats more Tillamook than anyone I've ever known. He needs the makeover not because he isn't enlightened, but simply because his fridge is rather empty because he's kind of cash-strapped. I can't imagine any one who would appreciate all the Tillamook--particularly the sharp cheddar--more than he. Besides that sole pickle in the jar sitting alone on a shelf needs some company!

Sarah Lynch

I would like to nominate my cousin Scott for the fridge makeover. He's a freshman college student with college age roommates and I know they could use some Tillamook Products in there fridge.

We live in a small Texas town, so the only Tillamook cheese we have eaten is from the local Walmart or Brookshire Bros. My husband, Kenneth, loves your cheese. I would like to nominate him for a fridge makeover.
He has never eaten any of your ice cream or yogurt. In fact, the only cheese he has tasted is your cheddar. Please consider the fact that he has been deprived all these years and needs a full sampling of your products.

Max Arauz

Hi! My dear husband Max deserves to win these wonder cheese prizes because he has learned to become a true cheese lover, like myself. He would be the utmost gracious winner and he would truly enjoy all of the quality and taste Tillamook Cheese has to offer. Our family will be on a Tillamook cloud 9 if we win! WE LOVE TILLAMOOK!

I only buy Tillamook Cheese because for it's great taste and texture. The Old- Fashioned Vanilla Icecream is the best I've ever tasted!! Thank you Tillamook!

Kari Sand

Kari has 6 grown children, with 6 spouses, and her 9th grandchild will be born on May 30th, and her 10th grandchild will be born on June 1st. She is widowed and is a breast cancer survivor. A Mookover would really help her budget when everyone comes home to visit in August! Kari is also a school teacher and Tillamook cheese would make a great snack to share with her second grade students! Thanks Tillamook for being such a yummy healthy treat!

I have only had the cheese. My fridge NEEDS a mookover badly!

It has to be my husband. He loves your cheesed and ice cream.... The cheddar baby loafs are his favorite and of course mine to, but he would really love a Tillamook Fridge Mookover... He could brag to all the guys at work and then we could all enjoy that wonder flavor of all the cheese..... Just say Tillamook for everyone!!!!!

I nominate the Major family from Slidell, La! As a member of this family, I have been shocked at what has become of good taste in this family! The refrigerator has overrun by imitation cheese products which offer this family of cheese lovers little to be happy about! Due to a terrible economy, this family has been forced to use coupons that has led them down the wrong aisle! Processed cheese products have taken the place of wonderful, real, delicious, Tillamook products that they loved and enjoyed for many years! This family is in desperate need of a Fridge MOOKOVER!!! Please consider helping this cheesy family get back to a refrigerator that they can be proud of!!! With a MOOKOVER, this family will once again thrive on delicious ice cream, "Real Sour cream", Lowfat Yogurts, REAL butter, Baby loafs of Sharp Cheddar and Medium Cheddar and Sliced Cheese! Help this family get rid of those imitation yellow tasteless products that have plagued their bodies with unhealthy choices!

Lance Buss is a 42 year old student returning to college. Hes very hard working with everything he does. He struggles with money it is always tight due to college. this would be a great help to him. Thank you.

Al Snelling

I would nominate Krystalyn Johnson of Juneau, Alaska to receive the Tillamook Fridge Mookover. Krystalyn is a single mother with two little boys. She is full time employed but with the expenses of life including day care, every little bit counts and a fridge with healthy Tillamook cheese would be a "really big deal" for her and her two sons.

Thank you.

Having been unemployed for two years, I feel that this would giver her some kind of lift. And that it would help her feed her to kids.

My newly married daughter and son-in-law (Kim and Kevin) had to rent an apt for 4 years. They now both have careers (teaching and engineering) and have moved in to their first home. It's a very nice "first" home and everything matches but the kitchen refrigerator!! My daughter has a huge jug with just a few coins in it that is the start to saving for a new stainless refrig to match her stove/oven etc. It is sad to see that big jug and so little money though they feed the jug each day! It will be YEARS before she gets a refrig of her dreams! They love to cook and Kevin is teaching Kim to cook more and they use a MOUNTAIN of cheese in making scallopped potatoes, mac & cheese, cheese roll appetizers, fondue, you name it, they like their cheese! So I would like to see them get the cheese mookover! thank you!

January 9th, 2012 at 5:43 pm

Paul Vermeulen

He loves cheeses and now the grandsons come to house anmd he has to share it with them. There is never enough Tillmook cheeses in the fridge. Not even enough yogurts either. The grandsons eat yogurt too. Forget about the ice cream, never seem to have enough of that either when it comes to them when they visit.

January 9th, 2012 at 5:59 pm

Miranda Flores-Galaviz

I nominate my husband..who does most of the grcery shopping for our house. I believe he is addicted to processed dairy and doesn't even know it. He regularly buys 'plastic' cheese for sandwiches, but doesn't understand why they taste so good when I make them! that's because I only eat Tillamook, or i don't eat it. I would like him to be completley converted, for the sake of the rest of our dairy life together!

January 9th, 2012 at 6:00 pm

Tammy Alto

I realy wish that I could buy a large package of Tillamoo cheese rectangles everywhere I shop. I can get a package of them at Costco sometimes and even at Target once in awhile..BUT..usually you can only buy them in singles. That is not very cost effective on my end. PLEASE make Tillamoo rectangle cheeses individually wrapped available to purchase in large packages so I can stock up..

January 9th, 2012 at 6:08 pm

Ginny Mapes

I am suggesting my daughter-in-law- Tiffany Mapes. She is a Tillamook Cheese Lover—big time! Her fridge would do the 'Happy Dance" and so would she, her husband and little daughter, Sophia. They love Tillamook Cheese—only the best will do! No other dairy brand can match Tillamook's freshness and great taste!

January 9th, 2012 at 6:08 pm

Our fridge is so in need of a Tillamook Mookover where your super cheese could be our hero and take processed cheese to the land of doom. Our food coloring and fake cheese flavoring must be forever banished to the land of Never Again.

Please, please help.

When my son lived in New York, [famous for all the fancy food places to eat] everyone wanted Tillamook cheese from the Pacific Northwest.

HELP! I'm in desperate need of a Mookover. Raising a family of eight requires lots and lots of Tillamook Cheese. My children are spoiled to Tillamook brand and love it. Haven't been able to find the Tillamook Ice Cream around here but expect it to be every bit as delicious as the cheese. Let me tell you six children can really eat a lot of Tillamook.

January 9th, 2012 at 7:40 pm

Sent an email for your contest. Thanks for the great offer and cheese!

I need a Tillamook cheese makeover! I'm a single mom of three boys from Tillamook. I received a full two-year scholarship to Utah State University and I miss home. They keep trying to shove Cache Valley cheese on me but it's nothing compared to Tillamook cheese! I want to prove that by sharing it with my college classmates who have never tasted the real thing. LOL

January 9th, 2012 at 7:54 pm

Charla russell

Me!!!!!!!!! Ok I just love your products! They are the best, I wish my fridge was filled with processed junk to win this mookover. But I think my sister Katie needs the helping hand, between american cheese, butter spread (ewwy), yogurt that comes in a plastic tube (she says its because of her 2 kids but I've seen her gnawing on a frozen one more than once), and cheese sauce that comes in a can I think she really needs a mookover! You guys are awesome someone is gonna get a great late Christmas present from the Tillamook faries.

P.S. Pick Katie!

marilyn norton

my son and granson have a fride full of velveeta and imatation shredded cheese.
they also eat cheap ice cream-no good flavors. my grandson is 10 and he knows the best ice cream in the world is Tillamook but his dad is on a tight budget and he
doesn't look at anything named Tillamook.

my grandson would have an absolute fit!!

January 9th, 2012 at 8:15 pm

Andrea Ragains

I am nominating my home. We have 3 full kids and their spouses that come to visit regularly. Two are grown boys. Each family has xhildren of their own. So we have any number of family coming over all times during the week and weekends. We have our grandchildren spending the night. so what better place to put your fabulous products then in one refrigerator to where all 12 of us can enjoy. Thank you for your time and thank you so much for your wonderful products. Andrea Ragains

I can think of a few different people. My eldest brother who has NEVER even heard of Tillamook cheese for one. My fiance who is in SE Colorado at this time cannot find Tillamook at the grocery store the majority of the time and it is his favorite cheese

January 9th, 2012 at 9:11 pm

Christie Sanford

I nominate Timothy J Roberts ETC... Chief Petty Officer in the Navy.... He has served our country & done 6 tours of duty................... I think he deserves some yummy cheese and wonderful dairy products............

January 9th, 2012 at 9:16 pm

Colette Babson

My oldest son, Adam, is not much of a cook. He does , however, eat lots of cheese, because his mommy is from Tillamook. Adam would benefit greatly from a fridge full of Mook's finest!

January 9th, 2012 at 9:27 pm

Tim Roberts

I nominate Christie Sanford. She is devoted to your cheese. She is a single mother of two growing children. Only Tillamook cheese is good enough for her refrigerator. She gave me a good dressing down when I tried to pick up some other cheese one time. She is the reason why I only eat Tillamook cheese myself.

She will save her money and not buy cheaper cheese so she can afford Tillamook. If anyone deserves your cheese and dairy prize it is her. She is an avid fan and has spread your product name. She and her children would thoroughly enjoy the prize! I would look forward to visiting her just to sample the goodies! :)

January 9th, 2012 at 9:44 pm

Tami Thomas

My family should have the above in our Fridge because we LOVE Tillamook Cheese, Tillamook Ice Cream, Yogurt & would Love to learn to Love Tillamook Sour Cream & Butter!
I don't even LOOK at any other brand cheese & have been known many times to spend my last $10 on a Baby Loaf....same goes for the Ice Cream! You guys are the BEST & Wisconsin Cheese has nothing on Tillamook Cheese from the Oregon Coast!!! Our Cows are the Happiest Cows around!!! (when their not floating!) ;)

Thank You all!

Tami

Robie Cagle

It may sound selfish but I am in desperate need of a Tillamook Mookover! I love cheese and never get enough. I am only able to afford small amounts at a time and my pallet suffers. However, should I win I would definitely be sharing as I am from a family of nine and every one is a cheese lover. Nothing would go to waste and we would all be very grateful for the blessing of your wonderful products!

Teresa has found out that she has Celiac's Disease and has had to adopt a whole new eating regime. I know that she is incorporating a lot of cheese, yogurt, etc into her daily eating plan. Any help that you could give her would be great!

I have an old fridge out in my garage that is from my late Grandfather's office. He was in business for 40 years before he passed away and the fridge that I inherited is a little retro looking (now back in style) but could use a boost. I love Tillamook cheese and the whole line of products. My family often sends out emails to each other with the subject line "Cheese Alert" when any of us see a store ad for the cheese on sale. It would be blasphemy in our family to serve any other cheese at the table. I would love to be able to spruce up this happy little fridge with some killer Tillamook products. :)

Thank you!

Rosie Robinson

I nominate myself for a Tilamook Fridge Makeover. My family loves all Tilamook products. There is not 1 product int he makeover that we don't buy every month!

January 10th, 2012 at 10:27 am

Katherine

My husband, Tom, deserves a Tillamook Fridge Makeover. He's a teacher at an alternative high school, where most of his students are dealing with undiagnosed learning disabilities and difficult home situations. His students voted him teacher of the month the first month of school - he doesn't often leave his classroom, so he lives on "cheese" and crackers - unfortunately, most of the time that "cheese" is of questionable origins. Part of what makes it difficult is that since we moved to Southern California, it's hard to find Tillamook products. If anyone deserved Tillamook quality dairy products to help them make it through the day, it's my husband.

January 10th, 2012 at 10:27 am

Shannon Barney

We moved from Oregon where we grew up on Tillamook dairy products to Georgia where it is impossible to find except in special stores. We have purchased online for years in order to get real cheese rather than Kraft or other over processed products in our home. When family from back home want to send us care packages we often receive Tillamook products to make us feel less homesick and to keep us in quality dairy! We are in desperate need of a Tillamook makeover PLEASE!!!!

Desperate in the South

January 10th, 2012 at 11:18 am

Peggy Corkran

My mother raised us with Tillamook products. Now that I've moved across the country to Florida she knows that any time I come home to visit to have my favorite Tillamook products in both the fridge and freezer. This, along with so many other reasons, is why I think that she should win the mookover!!

January 10th, 2012 at 12:39 pm

Mitch Upton

I feel I'm in the most need. I live in chicago and I'm obessed with your cheese. I'm even thinking of taking a vacation to Oregon just to visit the your creamery. I love the Ice cream as well but can only find it when I'm the the Pacific Northwest. Please consider me.

By the way I got the Tillamook cookbook from my in laws for Christmas. Can't wait to try it out.

Your biggest fan,

Mitch Upton

Our refer @ the island leaks water from above into the bottom veggie drawers. It's an older model we inherited. Product does stay cold though. It would be swell to get some of your superior product lines & then maybe we could work on getting a newer model refer maybe even with an icemaker !!!!!!!!

My fiancee, Tommy, is still living out his bachelor days even though he has me cooking him delicious and healthy meals. Yup, every time he wants a "snack" while watching football, hockey, or one of his favorite shows, he goes to his secret corner of the refrigerator where he hides his lunchables (yes, the little cracker, proceeced bologna, and proceeded cheese) and his go-gurt ("you don't need a spoon!!" he says. Go-gurt is a very sugary yogurt that you squeeze into your mouth from a pouch). Seriously, do you know anyone over eight years old who eats those? Well you do now - please meet my fiancee Tommy who is in desperate need of Tillamook's Fridge Mookover.

I nominate my family's fridge. We are denied the excellence of your products simply because it not stocked at our local grocers here in Slidell, Louisiana

January 11th, 2012 at 6:35 pm

Gretchen

While on vacation, we have stopped into your Visitor's Center in Tillamook several times.
Because of that, I only buy your cheese in the grocery stores in California. I have seen your booth at the Sunset Magazine open house as well. It is the best cheese and I especially love your extra sharp cheddar cheese. At the actual cheese factory in Tillamook, we also loved the beef jerky which came from Bay City, I believe. The best thing about it was that it was not strips, it was chunks of beef which were sooo good. We have not been back in quite awhile and I miss going there. We went to the tour when you could see the men stirring the curds and before it was automated. It was fun. The ice cream was great as well. Thanks for the great job of making the cheese and other products!

January 12th, 2012 at 12:17 am

Shelly

I am totally and completely in love with Tillamook cheese, yogurt, ice cream and OMG sour cream! I will not live without it ♥

January 12th, 2012 at 8:20 am

Judy ALexander

So not fair that you don't have Tillamook Cheese in poor old deprived Alabama. Every time I make a trip to Portland, I come back with 40 pounds of Tillamook Cheese products. If I could get the ice cream to stay frozen, I'd buy that, too. TSA people think I'm crazy - I am - for Tillamook Cheese. And, I finally got to tour the creamery. I told my daughter, who lives in PDX, that I can die happy now! I'm as contented as the Tillamook cows.

Hi there, Tammy. You must be talking about Tilla-Moos! Aren't they so cute?! I'm sorry they're so hard for you to find. Each stores chooses the products they carry, so you might want to ask a store in your area if they'll start carrying packaged Tilla-Moos for you. Or, you can order them online.

My daughter could use a total frig mookover. She has two daughters who love everything Tillamook--we go the the Tillamook Cheese Factory a couple times a year and it amazes me to see how much they eat...anyway between my daughters family and her friends that are always over, she could really use a good "stock up" of great Tillamook cheese.

January 15th, 2012 at 5:58 pm

Tessa Hibma

My mom could use a Tillamook Mookover!! She takes care of my daughter regularly for me while I am at work as well as my niece and nephew for my sister. She is always feeding our kids for us and would be excited to have a healthy snack on hand for them :)

I have to nominate my husband..... He loves his nachos for lunch and will only use Tillamook Colby or Medium. But for a late nite snack he wants his apples and cheese. Gotta love it!!!

January 20th, 2012 at 9:38 am

Brenda

My son deserves to win, because he takes his family to the Tillamook Cheese Factory, as if it were Disneyland, lol. Unfortunately, he eats a lot of processed cheese dip with his chips, and if he had some Tillamook Cheese and recipes, I think he could make a great Tillamook dip.

January 20th, 2012 at 9:41 am

Just submitted my nomination. Fingers crossed!!

January 20th, 2012 at 9:49 am

I nominate my husband...he LOVES Tillamook Cheese. I took him to the cheese factory about 7 years ago...I think he would love it if we went again. We LOVE LOVE cheese (esp Tillamook) at our house. Our boys love mac-n-cheese, cheese bread, etc

January 20th, 2012 at 9:55 am

Stephanie

I would like to nominate my sister-in-law Denise. Her parents pastored in Tillamook and got her hooked on all thiings Tillamook. However, she lives in Nashville and can't get any Tillamook products there. Every time she visits the Northwest now, she buys Tillamook cheese to take back home on the plane. She would be thrilled to have a whole fridge of Tillamook goodies! Thanks!

January 20th, 2012 at 10:00 am

Sandy Marshall

My co-worker needs a Mookover badly! She is very body conscious and is always bringing that non-fat cheese to work for lunch. That stuff doesn't even melt in the microwave! Actually, it shouldn't be classified as cheese at all. Let's fill up her fridge with the real stuff!!!!!

January 20th, 2012 at 11:32 am

Linda

I would love for my daughter and son-in-law to win the mookover contest. After my husband died last Oct they opened their home to me and with 2 young grandchildren the budget of a U.S.Navy man just doesn't go far enought. I have loved your Tillamook products ever since I first tried them, and I'll buy generic foods to save money but can't bare to be without my Tillamook. If they win I won't have to eat that other stuff they call cheese. I love the facts about how your cheese is made without hormones or antibiotics, after I gave my daughter tillamook cheese she hates getting the other stuff.

January 20th, 2012 at 6:58 pm

Well who ever wins will be the luckiest ever, Thanks for your cheese and ice cream and other products, Linda

We did get your entry Joni. Thanks so much for submitting it. I hope you were able to see who we chose on our Facebook page. It's a very deserving family, and I think you'll agree.

What a nice think to say, Linda. Did you see who we chose to win the Mookover? You can read about the family here.
