COMMUNITY

Dive in and explore what's happening in our community!

Over the past five years, the Tillamook Online Shop has delivered thousands of packages of Tillamook Cheese to consumers across the country. After extensive (and bittersweet) evaluation, we’ve found that the Online Shop was not sustainable for our farmer-owned cooperative, and it closed in December 2013.

We understand it’s tough to say goodbye, especially if our cheese is hard to find in your area. We encourage you to look for Tillamook products in your local stores with the help of our Where to Buy tool. You can also talk to the store managers at your preferred retailers and request they stock your favorite Tillamook products using this product request form.

If you’ve searched high and low and can’t find our products in your area, we also encourage you to visit our friends over at Made in Oregon or Blue Heron French Cheese Company, who both offer several varieties of Tillamook Cheese in their Online Store.

Thank you to all of our loyal fans over the years – we couldn’t support our farmer-owners without you and we appreciate your support. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Hello,
We run a jet charter company in Mumbai, India.
Please may I request you to inform me as to how much at least 100 packets of airline sized Tillamook Cheddar Cheese packets would cost? I believe they are 3/4oz?

Hi Areez,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We actually don't export any of our products, so unfortunately, I won't be able to help. If you'd like to chat more about this, please feel free to connect with our Consumer Relations team here. Thanks again for thinking of Tillamook.

Would like to order your cheese. Can't buy it in our area. Do you export/ship your cheese to Canadian addresses?

I am so bummed! I was coming on to order cheese to send to my brother in GA. I get your product in Arizona and wanted to ask about shipping it to him. What is the best method for the cheese to be shipped?

Hi Adriana,

Unfortunately, we can't ship to Canada - I'm sorry! Do you ever make any trips to the US? This Where to Buy tool might help you find our cheese while you're visiting. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful!

Hi Christina,

Oh no! I'm sorry you're disappointed! If you'd like to send some loafs on your own, I recommend shipping either overnight or 2-day, and including a few ice packs to keep the cheese cool. Let me know if you have any more questions!

Thanks,

I am SO Major League Bummed Out! Tillamook is my favorite brand of cheese. I can occasionally find it at our local Costco, but it is generally not available in Connecticut. I had the pleasure of visiting the factory several years ago while visiting my brother, who lives down the coast in Depoe Bay. Please find a way to get your marvelous products to the East coast for us to enjoy. You make the best cheese on the planet.

Well that's depressing. I live in BC and my family has been visiting Til look for as long as I can remember. I was really hoping to pick up a new baby loaf shirt for my youngest (he grew out of his onesie). I'll just have to get down there and buy it in person!

Hi! I'd really, really love to get my hands on a model (or two) Tillamook mini loaf bus. It's a special gift for a family member who is moving very far away. We have a special memory that could be represented by this tiny bus. ANY idea where I can order one? It would mean a lot to me. Thank you!

Hi Bob,

Thank you so much for being a fan, and hang in there! We hope that some day all our products will be easy to find in every state. Have you checked Made in Oregon? You might be able to find your favorite flavor there and have it shipped to your home. I hope this helps! Come visit us again soon!

Hi Azalene,

I'm sorry to hear that you can't get your Mudslide fix! Your best bet is to fill out our product request template and hand it to a store manager. This will remind them that you'd love to see our ice cream on their shelves. I hope you can find it soon!

What a disappointment!!!!! Just came to place an order to ship to GA... None of the products I buy is available within 140 miles of my zipcode and the Where To Buy tool points me here. I checked the two suggested websites and neither sells Tilla-Moos (Cheddar or Colby & Monterey Jack) or the Monterey Jack brick.

Rich W.

I just returned to the online shop to purchase a baby girl's pink "Baby Loaf" onesie that I have literally, as in this is not an exaggeration, had my eye on for at least 4 years. I stumbled onto this item because during a shortage in the Southern California area several years back I was unable to purchase sharp cheddar anywhere in the city, so I turned to the online shop as a potential resource - just in case. Ultimately and with great relief, sharp cheddar returned to grocery stores, but my visit to your online shop and the baby "Baby Loaf" onesie left an indelible impression on me. I knew then that when I was going to have my own baby I would return to the store and purchase a onesie for my future child.

Not more than two weeks ago my wife and I learned we were going to have a baby girl. She is due at the end of May. Lo and behold this morning I went to the Tillamook online store to purchase a pink onesie and the online store has closed. Is there any chance there is a box, in the back of a closet, deep in the bowels of a building somewhere on the Tillamook campus that has one of these onesies? If so I would be more than happy to pay you for this article of clothing. If we can make this work I promise to send a picture of my baby girl, in her pink "Baby Loaf" onesie, to whomever wants one at the Tillamook offices.

Yours truly,
Rich W.

Would like to speak with you about hosting the online store and arranging the logistics for supplying your customers. Please contact me at 760 285 2442. I want to help send your cheese world wide. Best cheese ever. Gnoll@bmwps.com, gregory.a.noll@gmail.com, gnoll@bmwps.com

I love your cheese and last year I fell in love with your cheese curds. I wont make anything without Tillamook cheese. I have turned many a friend to your cheese...it is the BEST!!!!!

Do not really understand your farmer cooperative but would love to help your followers enjoy your cheese.

I have been to your store many times and I was born and raised in Washington State so I am not a stranger. Your product is too good not to have an on-line store.

Thank you
Greg

I'm sorry to hear that you can't find our cheese in your area. You might be able to find your favorite little loafs at Made in Oregon - have you checked here? The best way to get our products stocked in your area is to let store managers know that you'd like them to order them! The Loaf Love Tour visited Golden, Colorado a couple of years ago. I received a toy model of the Tlllamook VW van. You pull it back, then it scoots forward. My grandson loves to play with it. I don't want to give him mine. Is there a way that I can buy another one?

Hi Richard,

I’m sorry! We were sad to see the Online Shop go too. If you’d like to share the “loaf” with your Tillamook-less friends, we recommend sending our cheese with 2 day shipping and packing in an insulated box with ice packs. This would make sure the cheese is in tip-top condition when it arrives. Thanks again for your comment, and for being a fan!
