This sandwich was made to satisfy your late night cravings! We cooked up this dessert grilled cheese for the Sandwich Invitational at Feast Portland this year! With chocolate covered pretzels, bananas, peanut butter and honey, this sandwich is sure to hit the spot! Go on, give the recipe a try…we know you want to!

Ingredients
4 slices of Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 slices of sourdough bread
Tillamook Salted Butter
Bananas, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
Mini pretzels or pretzel sticks covered in chocolate (about 10 per sandwich)

Preparation
Lightly spread butter on each side of the bread. Griddle fry your sandwich for 5-10 minutes, flipping them every 3-6 minutes. Serve once the cheese has melted and both sides of the sandwich are golden brown.
