A classic grilled cheese made with three award winning cheeses! Colby Jack, Vintage White Extra Sharp, and Sharp were all voted America’s Best at the 2013 United States Championship Cheese Contest! We shared this trio makes for a killer grilled cheese which we shared at the Oregon Bounty Grand Tasting and Feast Portland this year!

Ingredients
Tillamook Salted Butter

1 slice Tillamook Colby Jack
1 slice Vintage White Tillamook Extra Sharp
1 slice Tillamook Sharp Cheddar
2 slices of sourdough bread

Preparation
Lightly spread butter on each side of the bread. Griddle fry your sandwich for 5-10 minutes, flipping them every 3-6 minutes. Serve once the cheese has melted and both sides of the sandwich are golden brown.
