There are few meals that make me feel cozier than a warm cup of chili. And while Spring is right around the corner, winter isn’t giving up without a fight. In the spirit of keeping ourselves warm from the inside out, we’ve found 10 of our favorite chili recipes that keep us toasty on these (ahem) chili winter days.

1. Beef Chili Biscuits
The beauty of this chili from Smitten Kitchen is that it is served on an adorable biscuit made with the usual toppings! We recommend using Tillamook Sharp Cheddar and Tillamook Natural Sour Cream for an extra tasty chili sandwich.

2. Slow Cooker Bulgur Chili
This veggie chili recipe from Kitchen Treaty is so hearty that even your most carnivorous friends won’t be disappointed by the lack of meat. Bulgur wheat is filling and healthy, making it the perfect meat substitute, and the slow cooker allows coffee to subtly infuse the dish with rich flavor.

3. Smoked Chili
This recipe from Chow Hound adds smoked beer to a classic chili recipe to draw out deep, smoky flavors in the meat. We recommend serving with a dollop of Tillamook Premium Sour Cream and you’re set for a cozy meal by the fire!

4. Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Quinoa Chili
The real kicker in this recipe from Ambitious Kitchen is the Chipotle Crème, which we suggest making with Tillamook Plain and Simple Farmstyle Greek Yogurt. This sweet and spicy topping perfectly complements the hearty veggie chili.

5. Hawaiian Chili
Don’t be intimidated by the long and eclectic list of ingredients in this recipe from Prevention RD! The end result is sweet, spicy and absolutely unique, with pineapple and honey balancing out the chili powder and jalapenos. If the spice is a little too hot to handle, we suggest stirring in some Tillamook Mozzarella Shredded Cheese to tone down the heat.

6. Butternut Squash Chipotle Chili
I love that even with so many ingredients, chili is a breeze to make once the veggies are prepped, and this recipe from Cookie and Kate is no exception. Chop ‘em up and throw ‘em in a pot for a super easy, healthy vegetarian meal. Top with a spoonful of Tillamook Plain and Simple Farmstyle Greek Yogurt for an extra serving of protein.

7. Cincinnati Chili
This mid-western classic from The Kitchn can be served many ways, but my favorite is over spaghetti with generous helpings of Tillamook Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese. Cinnamon and cocoa deepen the meaty flavor and add a little something special to this filling concoction.

8. Lentil Chili
Lentils serve as another great, healthy, meat alternative in this classic vegetarian chili recipe from Taste Love & Nourish. Don’t forget to load up on toppings with this one. Cheddar and sour cream balance our the spice and add a smooth, creamy texture. We’re giving this recipe a try with Tillamook Medium Cheddar and Tillamook Natural Sour Cream!

9. Pork & Turkey Chili with Zesty Corn Muffins
This chunky, meaty chili from Allison Eats has it all. Combining some aspects of Cincinnati chili, like cinnamon, cloves and cocoa, while adding loads of veggies and meat leads to a seriously tasty recipe that doesn’t hold back. Zesty corn muffins that we’ll be making with Tillamook Fat Free Sour Cream make the perfect dipping utensils!

10. Black Bean Chili
This black bean chili from Eat Live Run is deceptively simple. The tomato mixture combined with flavorful black beans is even tastier with some Tillamook Pepper Jack sprinkled on top for an extra kick!
