We’re continuing our month of smoothies today with a delicious and extra nutritious green tropical smoothie!

You will love this smoothie, it tastes like a vacation in a glass! What better way to start your new year than with a tall glass of blended tropical fruits, healthy greens and new Tillamook Farmstyle Greek Oregon Strawberry Yogurt? It’s so good you’ll want one for breakfast every day.

Prep time: 4 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients
1 frozen banana (cut into pieces)
1 cup frozen peaches
1 container (5.3 oz) Tillamook  Oregon Strawberry Farmstyle Greek Yogurt
½ cup coconut milk
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon shredded, sweetened coconut flakes

Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in your blender, starting with the frozen fruit.

2. Blend ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.  If your smoothie feels a little too thick for you to drink, you can add a splash more coconut milk! Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
