Ice Cream Baked Potato
Tillamook Ice Cream – no matter how you eat it, it’s always good. While a simple scoop of ice cream never fails to make my day, there’s something to be said for an over the top sundae. Growing up my dad used to surprise my sister and I with these dessert illusions. Go ahead, whip one of these delicious sundaes up for the Tillakid in your life!
Tillamook Ice Cream (any flavor will do, but I used my personal favorite, Udderly Chocolate
Hot chocolate or cocoa powder (potato skin)
Marshmallow fluff (sour cream)
Green or yellow sprinkles (chives and shredded cheese!)
Form two scoops of ice cream into a potato-like shape (lumpy is ok – potatoes aren’t perfect!) Roll your ice cream glob on a plate covered in the cocoa powder until ice cream is completely concealed by the dusty brown powder. Drizzle some caramel on top, then add a scoop of marshmallow fluff. Top it off with the sprinkles and enjoy!
