I believe that I have about two cases left. To put words to the taste would be a fool's errand. I believe I have at least a dozen bricks of your marvelous Swiss that has been residing in the back of one of my refrigerators for a few years. The cheddar with a Portugese red 1951 Caves Vilas makes the wait an act of love, smile. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TILLAMOOK; I sorely miss your ice cream. C.W.
