There are two other companies that I know of that do-one of them is terrible and the other is just OK. I love whole fat cheese but I must watch the fat intake. This would allow me to prepare more recipes with cheese such as enchiladas etc. I think you would find it would be very popular. Please, please produce 2% cheese in larger blocks for cooking.
