		<description>My Wisconsinite husband explains it this way: cheese is much like scotch.  So, Wisconsin cheese is the very best blended scotch, which beats all other blended scotches, hands down. Tillamook, however, is single malt, barrel select, artisan scotch. No real comparison.</description>
