		<description>As someone who is in love with all breakfast foods, just a quick clarification...this is a fritatta, not a strata. A strata generally is a casserolw with bread that sits overnight then is baked the next morning in the oven. We have it every Christmas and I love it. Fritattas are also fantastic too! Really want to try the Cheddar Bacon Waffles!</description>
