Rockin’ around the Christmas cheese
At the Tillamook Factory shop.
Tasty samples where you can see
Everybody tries to stop.

Rockin’ around the Christmas cheese,
Let the Christmas spirit ring.
Later we’ll have some ice cream cones,
And we’ll do more sampling.

You will get a cheese-essential feeling
When you hear voices singing,
“Let’s be merry;
Deck the halls with cows and dairy!”

Have a happy holiday.
Everyone’s snackin’ merrily
In the Tillamook Factory way!

Great Cheddar we bring
To New Years Buffets
And trays full of Colby
To brighten your days.

Candy canes are hanging 

So spritely everywhere 

And the sound of dinner 

Cooking fills the air 

And everyone is eating

I hear silverware ringing 

Santa won’t you bring me a stocking stuffed with cheese 

Won’t you please bring smoked cheddar to me!



I won’t ask for much this Christmas 

I don’t even want cocoa

I’m just gonna keep on staring 

Through the factory window

I won’t make fruitcake and leave it 

On the table for “Saint Nick”

I won’t even stay awake to 

Take a chocolate snowman lick

’Cause I just want some squeaky cheese
Savory can be so sweet

Put my mouth at ease 

Baby all I want for Christmas is cheese

O cheddar cheese…your curdle is deliiiiight-ful
You are so mild…and so sharp when you age

Monterey Jack…so creamy easygoing
Add some pepper…and spicy you are made

Tilla-Moos…are perfectly so pleasing
And shredded melts while curds are made for squeaking

Fall on your knees…for cheese from coastal Oregon
O cheeeeeeeese divine…Tillamook – your cheese so fine
Reduced faaaaat…colby jaaaaack…garlic white…I cannot fight
Or resiiiiiist…holy swiiiiiss…cut me a slice…o cheese divine

Walking around the factory,
In a town called Tillamook,
People come from miles to see,
Just how cheese can cook.

You will get lost in a cheesy moment, when you see
“Oh my goodness. Look free cheddar:
Don’t think it could get much better,”
Walking around the factory,
It’s time to buy some food,
Cheese, beef sticks, and ice cream for me,
It can really lift your mood.

One last cow pic in the lobby,
And we’ll drag our feet real slow.

Tillamook souvenir for me,”

Out the automatic doors,

And my cheesy spirit soars.
