You deserve to be the “BEST” — we love Tillamook cheeses and ice cream. Miss living in Oregon just for this reason. Down here, in Florida, we can only get the sliced medium cheddar (at Costco).. Sure wish you’d be able to get the blocks down here too. Since we moved to Florida we can’t come visit every year like we did – miss those yummy curds :-) and fabulous ice cream. Keep up the great work. If Costco stops selling the cheese, I don’t know what we’ll do!!!
