Tillamook is definitely the best Fat Free Sour Cream I've tried. It can't be easy to make Sour "Cream" with no fat, but you can tell that Tillamook invested the time and effort to get it right. Almost all the flavor, but no guilt!

I think the real question is, how do you tell if it's gone sour?

Hi, Judy! Thanks for your question. You may be referring to stabilizers in our Premium, Lite and Fat Free varieties. Stabilizers give the sour cream the thick consistency that people enjoy. We do have the Natural Sour Cream that does not contain the stabilizers, which causes a looser consistency.

If you would like more information about ingredients in our sour cream products, please feel free to email us at info@tillamook.com and we'll make sure to get all of your questions answered!
