Tillamook is definitely the best Fat Free Sour Cream I’ve tried. It can’t be easy to make Sour “Cream” with no fat, but you can tell that Tillamook invested the time and effort to get it right. Almost all the flavor, but no guilt!

Hi, Judy! Thanks for your question. You may be referring to stabilizers in our Premium, Lite and Fat Free varieties. Stabilizers give the sour cream the thick consistency that people enjoy. We do have the Natural Sour Cream that does not contain the stabilizers, which causes a looser consistency.
