I only touch American cheese if there is nothing else around. I used to work with a guy who would ONLY eat American and I felt sorry for him. There are so many FABULOUS cheeses out there and he was limiting himself to pressed cheese flavored substitute. how sad. Now, Tillamook, when you are you going to make my favorite, raclette?
