Dave Danhi has been part of the Los Angeles restaurant scene for 28 years. While serving as Executive Chef at Georgia in Hollywood, Dave received the award of culinary excellence, naming him one of the country’s top rising chefs. In 2009, Dave entered his Cheesy Mac and Rib Melt in the National Grilled Cheese Invitational. It was there that he realized the world needed more grilled cheese. Not just the classic bread, butter, and cheese, but amazing creations made with the best ingredients and local produce. In addition to managing the truck, Dave owns DD Factor, an agency that helps chefs find jobs.
