Butter one side of each slice of bread and place the buttered side down. Place the cheese slices on the bread. Add a little chutney to each sandwich and top them off with another slice of bread, buttered side out. Heat a panini press or griddle. Add the sandwiches to the press and cook over moderate heat until the cheese is melted, about 6 minutes. Enjoy!
