"A great snack to have with a local microbrew, or after you’ve had a few. It’s a great use for leftover roast beef." – Tommy Habetz of Bunk Sandwiches

There’s actually no real recipe for the debris gravy. We just take left over roast beef ends and cover them with water or stock, and slowly braise them until they fall apart and make the gravy.
If you have a home fryer, you can prepare the French fries however you like. Or, you can buy some at your local fast food joint. We double fry the French fries, then generously cover them with a varying cheese mixture and throw them into a 500°F oven for a couple of minutes, until the cheese melts. We then serve them with the hot debris gravy and a cold beverage. Enjoy!
