The Meatball Sub Club is officially open to vegetarians. This milestone of a sandwich includes veggie meatballs, marinara sauce and Tillamook Shredded Italian Blend Cheese on a buttered Italian roll. Can you say Mmmmmeatless?

½ cup (4 oz) Tillamook® Salted Butter
About 20 of your favorite meatless veggie meatballs
1 ½ cups (12 oz) of Marinara sauce
8 oz Tillamook® Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
4 Italian rolls
Place meatless meatballs in oven on 400°F until they are warm all the way through. Heat up Marinara in saucepan until hot. While the sauce is heating, butter the rolls and toast them until they start getting brown around the edges. Take the meatballs out of the oven and place them in the Marinara sauce. Put everything into toasted rolls and top each sandwich with cheese. Place open sandwich in oven for 1 minute, remove, and enjoy!
