Known for award-winning cheddar cheeses, Tillamook is using its flavor expertise to update Monterey Jack with a new taste and creamy texture preferred by consumers. A premium ingredient for dinner recipes and sandwiches, all natural Tillamook Monterey Jack is made with only the highest quality milk from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones. “A staple for Mexican dishes, our new Monterey Jack has a smooth flavor that makes it an excellent complement to spicy dishes like enchiladas or fajitas,” said Jay Allison, Tillamook vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re seeing a trend in family cooking toward high quality ingredients and premium flavor when preparing meals at home, and our new cheeses deliver convenience, consistent performance in the kitchen and unmatched flavor.”

The new Tillamook Monterey Jack is available in 12-oz. slices, 2.5-lb., 1-lb., 8-oz chunks, as well as the 2-lb. Baby Loaf and these sizes cost between $3 and $8.
