“This recipe combines a few of my breakfast favorites and puts them together in a burger: garlic, cheddar, bacon, eggs and pesto. It's full of flavor and well balanced in texture. You get the crispy bacon and veggies, with the gooey cheddar and runny egg. It's messy but delicious!” - Monica Holland of Lick the Bowl Good

Let's Make This!

Ingredients
Directions
  • Step 1

For the burger itself, I seasoned the ground beef (85/15) with salt, pepper, and 4 cloves of chopped fresh garlic.

  • Step 2

I formed them into 1 pound patties then cooked them in bacon grease.

  • Step 3

I topped them with a slice of Tillamook Medium Cheddar, 2 bacon slices, green leaf lettuce, tomato, and a fried egg on a toasted crostini bun. The only thing that could have made this better was a little pesto mayo. This burger was messy and huge but it was so good!
