Let's Make This!

Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Table salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cup Tillamook Premium Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¾ tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • ¾ tablespoon chili pepper
Directions
  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 450ºF.

  • Step 2

Peel and slice sweet potatoes into strips and place potatoes on baking tray (try to space them so that none are touching).

  • Step 3

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  • Step 4

Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until they begin to brown on the edges).

  • Step 5

In a bowl, mix sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, cyan pepper and chili pepper thoroughly. Give the mixture a taste – if you’re looking for an extra kick, add more cyan pepper and chili pepper to taste.

  • Step 6

Serve fries while they are hot! Enjoy!
