Forgot your password?

You can reset your password on Tillamook.com/Co-Op/Login. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link located directly below the password field. Enter your email address and click "Reset". You will receive an email within a few minutes with a "Reset Password" link to change your password from your account.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking on “My Profile,” which is located in the top right corner of your Co-Op account. Once there, click on the “Change Password” button, fill out the form to change your password, and click “Update Password”. Please note, all passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters (including at least one number).

How do I change the email address linked to my account?

If you’d like to change your email address, please contact us.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by clicking on “My Profile”, which is located in the top right corner of your Co-Op account. Once there, click on the “Edit Profile” button, and click on “Delete my account” text link near the bottom of the page.

Why can't I claim my welcome bag?

We are both grateful and overwhelmed by the huge show of support from our community. Thank you for signing-up to join The Tillamook Co-Op. Our community is growing very fast, and unfortunately we had a limited supply of bags and they have all been claimed. We're working on creating some other awesome experiences to share with you, so check back again soon.
