Sweet caramelized onions compliment spicy BBQ sauce and Pepper Jack Cheese making this southern comfort sandwich hard to beat! This is a recipe we shared with our Comfort Call VIPs at Feast Portland, but we think this sandwich is so good that everyone deserves a taste!


Tillamook Salted Butter
1 slice Sharp Cheddar
2 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 slices of sourdough bread
Caramelized onions
2 oz a spicy version of your favorite BBQ Sauce
2 slices of crispy bacon

Lightly spread butter on each side of the bread. Griddle fry your sandwich for 5-10 minutes, flipping them every 3-6 minutes. Serve once the cheese has melted and both sides of the sandwich are golden brown.
