Cheddar Cheese

After 108 years, we still make cheddar the same way–with four ingredients, patience, and old-fashioned farmer values.

The Milk Makes the Cheese

The nearly 100 farmer families who make up our dairy co-op have been producing the highest quality milk for generations. It’s one of only a few real ingredients that go into our cheddar, and it comes from cows not treated with articial growth hormones.*

Time You Can Taste

Our cheddars start with the same century-old recipe, but change as they age—from 60 days up to 5 years. Time naturally transforms the tang in our award-winning Medium Cheddar into sharper and more complex flavors. It’s a process we just won’t rush.

Only Good Goes In

We make our cheddar simply with 3–4 natural ingredients and nothing artificial. Even when we add ingredients outside of milk only the best goes into our cheese, like whole peppercorns, real chili flakes, and roasted garlic to name a few.
