Bacon Beer Cheese Spread
- Combine cream cheese, mustard powder, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, Tabasco, and chives in a food processor. Pulse until thoroughly combined.
- Add beer and pulse until smooth. Toss in the bacon and pulse until the strips are diced and incorporated fully into the mixture.
- Remove from food processor and enjoy. You can store cheese spread covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, letting it warm to room temperature before serving.
