  • Step 1

    Mix together butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

  • Step 2

    Add in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt, and mix.

  • Step 3

    Combine cheese and apple cubes in the batter.

  • Step 4

    Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. While cooling spray a cupcake/muffin pan with cooking oil.

  • Step 5

    Add cookie dough (about ⅔ full) and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each one. Bake at 350°F for 18-24 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
