21oz (3 packs) Tillamook Farmers' Collection Spicy Habanero Jack Cheese, medium diced
10.5oz (1.6 cups) IPA beer
1/2 tsp (3g) onion powder
1 tsp (6g) garlic powder
1 3/4 tsp (5g) flour
Over a double boiler, heat beer in a bowl on high heat. Allow the beer to reduce by 1/3.
Whisk in flour and spices and continue cooking until slightly thickened.
Fold in the cheese and whisk over high heat until fully melted.
Place fondue cheese in a blender for 30 seconds on high speed.
Keep hot and serve with cured meats, crackers, and other Tillamook Farmers' Collection cheese like Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar.
