  • Step 1

    Butter one side of each slice of bread, then top butter with the garlic spread on each piece. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down on a countertop skillet or frying pan. Heat stove to medium.

  • Step 2

    Stack the Garlic White Cheddar, Smoke Provolone, two strips of bacon (layered crisscross), Muenster and Vintage Extra Sharp White Cheddar on top of cooking slice of bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place the second piece of bread on top, butter-side up.

  • Step 3

    Cook for one minute, flip and then cook another minute. Repeat until bread is toasted and cheese is melted, about six minutes.

  • Step 4

    Remove from heat, cut in half, and enjoy!
