Southern charm, melted and grilled to perfection. Take two golden slices of Texas toast, stuff them with our sharp cheddar and a heaping scoop of Sonny’s legendary mac & cheese, then finish it off with a drizzle of hot honey.
Add 2 slices of bread to one slice of Texas toast.
Top with the Mac and cheese and the remaining cheddar.
Add the top piece of bread and set the sandwich aside.
Melt half of the butter in a nonstick pan and add grilled cheese. Cook for a few minutes on each side, adding more butter before flipping to the uncooked side.
Meanwhile, mix hot sauce and honey and stir until combined. Set aside.
Once sandwich is golden brown and the cheese has melted, remove from heat and serve with hot honey dipping sauce.
