3 Firm bananas, cut lengthwise
4 tbsp Tillamook Extra Creamy Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of salt
Your favorite Tillamook Ice Cream
In a large skillet melt butter, sugar, vanilla and salt over medium heat until bubbling.
Add bananas cut side down, let cook 3 minutes each side, being careful not to break the bananas while flipping.
Remove bananas from the skillet and allow to cool completely.
Add bananas to small bowls and top with your favorite Tillamook Ice Cream flavors, whipped cream, crushed peanuts and a cherry.
