  1. In a medium sized saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder and salt.

  2. Add water and bring to boil.

  3. Stir on medium-high for 2 minutes.

  4. Stir in milk and lower heat to medium until evenly warmed. (Do not boil).

  5. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

  6. Pour hot cocoa into a mug and top with a heaping scoop of extra creamy Tillamook Ice Cream. Feeling fancy? Garnish with sprinkles for added fun.
