Tillamook Hot Cocoa Float

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup sugar
1⁄4 semi-sweet cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1⁄3 cup hot water
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

In a medium sized saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
Add water and bring to boil.
Stir on medium-high for 2 minutes.
Stir in milk and lower heat to medium until evenly warmed. (Do not boil).
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Pour hot cocoa into a mug and top with a heaping scoop of extra creamy Tillamook Ice Cream. Feeling fancy? Garnish with sprinkles for added fun.
