  1. Heat up a non-stick pan until it is medium high.

  2. Butter a tortilla with 1 tablespoon room temp softened butter on each side (this should be a generous amount) and lightly sprinkle with ½-1 tablespoon 8oz Mexican 4 Cheese Farmstyle Shreds and cook until cheese is crispy.

  3. Add quesadilla filling/8oz Mexican 4 Cheese Farmstyle Shreds, based on preference, and top with another buttered-cheese sprinkled tortilla.

  4. Fry a few minutes on each side until interior cheese filling is melted and exterior of tortillas are crispy and very golden.
