Tillamook Quesadilla is a delicious and easy-to-make meal. With just four simple ingredients, you can make a cheesy, melty, and flavorful quesadilla the whole family will love.
2x 6-8” Tortillas (we used our favorite Yoli Sonoran Flour Tortillas)
Heat up a non-stick pan until it is medium high.
Butter a tortilla with 1 tablespoon room temp softened butter on each side (this should be a generous amount) and lightly sprinkle with ½-1 tablespoon 8oz Mexican 4 Cheese Farmstyle Shreds and cook until cheese is crispy.
Add quesadilla filling/8oz Mexican 4 Cheese Farmstyle Shreds, based on preference, and top with another buttered-cheese sprinkled tortilla.
Fry a few minutes on each side until interior cheese filling is melted and exterior of tortillas are crispy and very golden.
